Dear Brad,
A long overdue thank you for the awesome work you guys did on the floor repair here at Scratch Baking Company a couple weeks ago. Your communication, respectfulness when we had a problem, and your approach to the project, even though it was small, was completely professional. I also very much appreciate the fact that Hascall & Hall covered these repairs under warrantee. As we discussed and which was very apparent, the last system failed at the water service line and drain penetrations. This time the pour is much tighter and the pipes appear to be completed sealed within the floor system.
I hope you share this letter with the owners of your company. I would be happy to provide good reference to both you and Hascall & Hall.
